- A mild or a medium blend coffee actually has MORE caffiene than a bolder coffee. People tend to think that because it is bolder in flavor, it has more caffiene. The reason why mild or medium blend coffee has more caffiene is because it is roasted longer than the bold coffees to give it a less intense taste, but giving it more caffiene.
- Decaf coffee still has SOME caffiene in it. There is no way to actually get all of the caffiene out of a coffee bean.
- Once organic coffee beans go through a grinder, they are no longer organic.
- Coffee actually grows in specific regions. Latin America, Africa and Pacific Asia.

- Depending on where the coffee grows, will determine what kind of flavor it will have.
- Latin American coffees will have more of a medium body and a clean finish. Sometimes known for their acidity, nutty or even citrus like flavor.
- African coffees are usually bolder. They can have tropical flavors, or even cocoa flavors.
- Asia Pacific coffees are usually bold as well. They have a spicy, herbal and earthy taste.

I had no idea there were so many coffee facts. So, what about other types of coffee like latte's and espresso's and things like that. What is the difference between those and regular coffee?
I love the idea of talking about coffee. I was in Costa Rica this past December and they are known for their coffee.
I'm a big coffee drinker, but I hate Starbucks. Dunkin Donuts is my favorite brand of coffee. I also love the coffee flavorings.
Yumm .. coffe. I love it! I don't drink it heavily, but my favorite is the Starbucks Vanilla Latte (only in the bottles!). Have you seen the Dunkin Donuts commercial where they're singing "Fre-Talian"? Lol. Some funny stuff.
